One-on-one health coaching
During our one-on-one sessions, we'll look at your lifestyle as whole, and unearth how different factors may be affecting your overall wellbeing. Perhaps stressors at your job or in your relationship(s) is causing you to overeat? Or maybe lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? By practicing a holistic approach to wellness, we'll discover the root causes and work together to help you reach your goals.
How it works:
As a UAE-based holistic health coach, I can meet anywhere in the country that is convenient for you. Alternatively, if you are further afield, we can schedule our meetings virtually.
What you'll receive:

- Two 50-minute sessions per month
