Meet Dina

Welcome to my page! Let me tell you a little bit about myself:

Health and lifestyle coaching are my areas of passion and expertise. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. With my knowledge and using positive psychology I will help you create a completely personal action plan based on your goals which will help move you forward towards your ideal version of health and happiness in your unique body.

My training:

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. I also graduated from the Dr. Sears wellness institute as a certified family Health Coach where I learned how to develop strategies and educate parents and children on how to make educated lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition choices which can improve the health of the whole family.
