What exactly is a health coach?
Depending on what your goals are, a coach can take many different forms to truly help meet your needs and help create lasting change in your life. Traditionally, a health coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance. They help connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be, create your personal blueprint, decipher your body’s unique needs, and help you set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change.
A health coach also plays a role in disease management . We educate you regarding self health management and encourage you in taking a proactive role in staying healthy. In a medical practice the health coach may act as an intermediary in the patient/doctor relationship, helping you prepare for your medical visits, following up after a doctors visit, and motivate you to change certain behaviors and to self manage your health towards meeting mutually agreed on goals.

It's an integration of many factors. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.
Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. I can help those I work with develop a deeper understanding of food choices that work best for them, improving their energy, balance, health, and happiness. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.
